Hockessin Fire Company (Station 19)
Please note that Hockessin Fire Company is a volunteer fire department, made of volunteers from the community and primarily supported by your donations.
Cotswold Hills Maintenance Corporation meets annually in November. Check your mail around that time for information on the location, date, and time of the meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend, but only members in good standing may vote.
Dues are $185/year, to be paid no later than June 1st.
Starting in 2026, dues will no longer be assessed in two equal amounts (previously due April 1st and June 1st of the respective year).
Homeowners will receive a single annual notification for assessment of dues. Payments may be made in response to this letter or as directed below.
